pugl@sina.comDr. Pu Guoliang is a professor in the School of International Studies at Renmin University of China. Born in 1966 in Zhecheng County, Henan Province, he holds a B.A. from Henan University, an M.A. from Shanxi University, and a Ph.D. from Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. In addition to his teaching role, Dr. Pu serves as the Deputy Secretary-general of the Chinese Society for the History of International Communist Movement and Vice Chairman of the Contemporary World Socialism Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Scientific Socialism.
